ATOMIC PRO™ MEDIUM CUT ( MCC) 1500 is an aggressive cutting compound, that achieves a fresh cut surface, primed for finishing. With a rating of 1500, MCC 1500 excels at eliminating moderate oxidation, medium scratches, and swirl marks. As the first or second stage in your paint correction procedure, MCC 1500 lays the foundation for our polishing and finishing compounds.

Instructions

Directions for use by hand:
1. Shake well.
2. Apply a small amount of ATOMIC PRO™ MEDIUM CUT (MCC) 1500 Compound to your primed applicator.
3. Working in small sections, buff right to left then top to bottom until the desired finishes achieved.
4. Wipe away with ATOMIC PRO™ PURPLE QUICK DETAILER dampen, plush microfiber towel.
5. Hand buff to achieve a brilliant shine.
6. Be sure to secure the lid to keep the product from drying out for storage.

Directions for use by machine:
1. Shake well
2. Apply a small amount of ATOMIC PRO™ MEDIUM CUT (MCC) 1500 to your primed cutting pad.
3. Working in small sections, polish at 1300 -1900 rpm (5100 to 6100 OPM on DA) in both right to left and up-and-down motions until all defects are removed.
4. Repeat this process in areas only where necessary.
5. Reduce pressure until the desired gloss is achieved.
6. Never overheat the surface or let your pad dry out.
7. Wipe away with atomic pro purple, quick detailer, dampened, plush microfiber towel.
8. Hand buff with a plush microfiber towel to achieve a brilliant shine.
